| Automotive Booking Rules & Logistics • Vehicle Preparation: To ensure the highest quality results, all vehicles must arrive on-location fully washed, detailed, and prepped for the camera. The photographer is not responsible for editing out heavy road grime, dust, streaks, or clutter left inside the cab. • Retainer & Digital Terms: All automotive bookings require a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of reservation to secure your calendar slot. In alignment with our site policies, payments are accepted exclusively through secure digital channels (Zelle, Venmo, or card invoice). • Location Changes & Weather: Location details must be locked in upon booking. Any changes to your chosen setting require a minimum of 6 hours' advance notice to avoid session forfeiture. If severe weather prevents a safe outdoor shoot, your retainer will automatically roll over to a cleared rescheduling date at no extra charge. |
To formally lock in your major event or wedding on my calendar, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for Wedding Packages. Because I only commit to one major event per day to ensure you get my absolute focus, this retainer secures your date and covers initial planning and coordination. No dates can be held or guaranteed until this deposit is paid.
Flexible Payment Options
I understand that planning a major celebration involves many moving parts, so I am happy to help make things manageable. After your initial deposit is paid, you have the convenient option to set up customized monthly payment plans to spread out your final balance. All balances must be settled in full 30 days prior to your event date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your deposit secures a date that I immediately close to all other inquiries. If you need to cancel your booking, please note our firm cancellation timeline:
- 60 Days or More Notice: Cancellations made with 60 days or more notice before your scheduled event will receive a full refund of any additional payments made beyond the initial deposit. The $500 retainer remains non-refundable.
- Less Than 60 Days Notice: If a booking is canceled less than 60 days prior to the Wedding Event date, the deposit is strictly non-refundable, and any remaining balance terms will apply.
- Rescheduling: If you need to change your event location in the Smoky Mountain area, (out of state must be 7 days) please notify me immediately. Please note that location modifications require a minimum of 6 hours advance notice prior to your session time; failure to provide this required notice will result in the forfeiture of your session and deposit.
Image Delivery & Turnaround Times
I hand-select and professionally edit your images to ensure they meet the highest professional standards. I focus on capturing meaningful, candid moments rather than unedited snapshots, which is why raw files are never released. Your complete, high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered via a secure online link within the following timeframes:
- Portraits & Lifestyle Sessions: Delivered within 7 days of your session start date.
- Weddings & Major Events: Delivered within 14 days of your event date.
